What we collect

Through the forms on this site, we collect what you choose to submit: your name, email, phone number, city/state, military status, branch of service, target industry, and transition date (veteran registration); company, contact, and role information (employer and sponsor interest); and your name, email, and message (contact form). This site does not collect résumés or accessibility/accommodation information through any form.

Why we collect it

We use the information you submit for event communication, candidate-employer introductions, and connecting you with relevant opportunities as TCT Holdings' veteran workforce initiatives develop.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. Submitting a form does not guarantee admission to any event, an interview, an introduction, an offer, or employment of any kind. Event details, including date, venue, and pricing, may change until officially announced. TCT Holdings is not currently an approved DoD SkillBridge provider.

How submissions are handled

Forms on this site work one of two ways, depending on whether a secure form-processing endpoint is active at the time:

• If no endpoint is configured, submitting a form prepares an email to our team, which you send yourself from your own email application. Nothing is transmitted or stored automatically in this case.
• If a secure endpoint is configured, your submission is transmitted directly to that service and a confirmation is shown only once it's actually been received.

Whichever mode is active, the on-page confirmation message accurately reflects what happened.

To request a correction or deletion of information you've submitted, email us at tim@tctholdings.com and we'll handle it directly.
